Warm Weather is Coming :)

I guess it's been two months since my last update ... oops :) Spring Break was a couple of weeks ago and Sofie (Shaun's mom) came and visited for a week. One night we went to Bonneville Hot Springs, one of my fav places. And then there was the annual dinner with friends. Here are some pictures:

This is my dad, getting on his bike gear, ready for the ride home from dinner. He's so tough!

Sofie and I, ready to go down for our spa treatment - mineral bath and wrap. It was very relaxing :)

Me with my mini-golf club. I was the worst player, not suprisingly.

Sofie after a few glasses of wine. Hehehehe, just kidding ;)

Shaun looking very fairy-ish in his golf pose.

Fixed!

Big news! Oscar has been neutered!! Actually, it was three weeks ago, but I'm a blog slacker :) Anyways, it was Oscar's first doctor's apt and all went well, although I was really scared. He was on painkillers the next couple of days - I had to inject this shot thing into his mouth ... it would have been difficult, only he LOVED the taste of the medicine. Must have tasted like sugar methinks.

Quick updates - I got a 4.0 last quarter (yay), and may change major's from Civil to Mechanical Engineering. Shaun finished his Pro Cert to be re-certified as a teacher (he worked SO HARD on hit and passed with flying colors)!

Christmas was lovely :) Here is my fav pic of that day:

Hehe. Here's another picture - this is my brother Mike. He had to come pick us up in the VAN MAN, because it has studded tires and the road was allll icey!

So, Christmas week it snowed A TON! It hasn't snowed that much since, well, I don't remember it ever snowing that much. It was fun, and beautiful. Here are some pics:

Our cute little yellow house :)

Oh, and Oscar got a new little lounging pad! It's actually made for cats, but that's OK. It's taken him a while to warm up to it - he missed his old ugly house. But, lately he's been scratching around in it, creating his little nest!
Because Oscar is neutered, soon we will be adopting a female rabbit and I'm SO EXCITED! I'm nervous, though, because Oscar hasn't been around other rabbits since he was a baby, and I really don't know how he's going to react. We have to make sure he and the new rabbit are a good match by having them go on "bunny dates". Hehe. That will be sooo cute. The people for Rabbit Advocates (www.adoptarabbit.com) are great, and have lots of cute bunnies. I also found an AWESOME website, www.bunspace.com that is like myspace, only for bunnies. So much info, so many cute bunnies :)
To end this post, here's my sweety pie.
